Using the shop

1. Browse the shop: First, browse the shop and add the products you wish to buy to your shopping cart. The shop allows you to Search for a product.


2. Check out: When you have added everything you wish to purchase, click 'Checkout and pay' on the shopping cart, in the left column.


3. ACEL membership: If you are not logged in as an ACEL member, you will be prompted to purchase an ACEL membership. If you purchase a membership, you will receive the member discount on other products in the shopping cart. If your membership is close to renewal, you will be prompted to renew it.


4. Shipping details: You will be prompted to enter shipping details. If you are an ACEL member, this will be pre-filled with your preferred mailing address, but can be changed for this order. Please allow 28 days for delivery of purchases.


5. Payment: You will be shown a copy of the invoice, and prompted to pay. You can pay online now by credit card (payments are handled by eWay, an Australian payment gateway that has been operating for over 10 years), or select another payment type below and have the invoice emailed to you

Shipping and Handling

Some products in the shop will flagged as 'shipping not included' on the individual product page. When you check out, the total cost of these products will be calculated. If it's under $100, shipping and handling will be $10. If it's $100 or over, shipping and handling will be $15.

Discounts

Member discounts: ACEL members receive a discount on many products in the shop. To receive the discount, you must be logged in as a member (you can login in the box on the left). You will also receive the member discount if you purchase ACEL membership at the same time as you buy other products. To do this, add the other products to your cart, then click 'Purchase/renew membership' on the left menu.

Bulk discounts: You will receive a discount on selected products if you buy multiple in a single purchase. These products will have the following note at the bottom of the product page: 'Bulk Discount: Buy X or more of this product in a single purchase and receive a Y% discount on all copies.'

Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all prices in the shop are in Australian Dollars.
